What Does "He Ascended" Mean?

What does “He ascended” mean, except that He also descended to the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is the very One who ascended above all the heavens, in order to fill all things. Eph 4:9-10 BSB

My Confession

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, my steps are ordered by Him and He delights in my way...He upholds my step in His path, He orders my steps in His word, He preserves my life and keeps my feet from slipping. In the name of Jesus, we pray for peace in Ukraine. We also declare an outpouring of God’s healing rain over us, young and old, at Regents of Christ Assembly. We declare that the Lord takes away sickness from among us; He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds in the name of Jesus. The Bible says, “He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed”. We declare that the stripes of Jesus obliterate every infirmity in the name of Jesus. Amen
